Electronic Communications & Consent Policy
How RJ Health Partners communicates with you, and how you can manage your communication choices.
Last Updated: July 15, 2026
This Electronic Communications and Consent Policy explains how RJ Health Partners communicates with individuals and businesses by telephone, email, text message, video meeting, and other electronic methods.
It also explains your communication choices and how you may withdraw consent or ask us to stop certain communications.
This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how RJ Health Partners collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information.
Scope of This Policy
This policy applies when you provide contact information to RJ Health Partners, request an insurance quote, schedule a consultation, submit a website form, communicate with an RJ Health Partners representative, apply for coverage, enroll in an insurance product, or receive policy support.
Communications may relate to questions or requests you submitted, insurance quotes and comparisons, appointments, consultations, eligibility, applications, enrollment, missing documents, carrier requests, renewals, coverage changes, billing questions, claims-related assistance, service announcements, educational information, or marketing communications where permitted.
RJ Health Partners may communicate using its own personnel or service providers that support its telephone, email, scheduling, customer management, or messaging systems.
Consent to Be Contacted
When you provide a telephone number or email address and request information or services, you authorize RJ Health Partners to contact you about that request.
We may contact you by telephone, email, text message, video meeting, or another method you request or authorize.
Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of requesting a quote, purchasing insurance, or receiving insurance services.
By providing contact information, you represent that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to receive communications at the telephone number or email address provided.
Telephone Communications
RJ Health Partners may call you to respond to an inquiry, discuss insurance options, gather information needed for a quote, assist with an application, provide enrollment support, or service an existing customer relationship.
Telephone communications are currently expected to be placed directly by RJ Health Partners personnel. RJ Health Partners may use a telephone, customer management, carrier, or supporting brokerage platform to facilitate these communications.
If we introduce automated dialing, artificial voice, prerecorded messages, or another form of automated telemarketing, we will obtain any consent required by applicable law before using that technology.
You may ask us not to make marketing calls to you. A marketing opt-out does not prevent calls necessary to respond to your request, complete an application, service coverage, address security concerns, or meet legal obligations.
Text Messages
RJ Health Partners may send text messages to respond to an inquiry, coordinate an appointment, request information, provide application or enrollment updates, or assist with insurance services you requested.
Message frequency depends on your request and relationship with RJ Health Partners. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
You may ask us to stop text messages at any time. If an automated texting platform is used, you may be able to reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. You may also contact us directly at info@rjhealthpartners.com or (813) 923-3133.
After an opt-out request, we may send one message confirming that the request has been processed. We may also contact you through another method when necessary to complete a pending application, address an active policy matter, or comply with legal requirements.
RJ Health Partners is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by your wireless carrier, device, telephone service, or inaccurate contact information.
Email Communications
RJ Health Partners may use email to respond to inquiries, send requested insurance information, coordinate appointments, assist with applications, provide enrollment support, and communicate about customer service matters.
We may also send educational or marketing emails where permitted by law. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe method when required.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails without affecting administrative, transactional, application, enrollment, policy service, security, or legally required communications.
Email delivery is not guaranteed. Messages may be delayed, blocked, filtered, routed to spam, or rejected by an email provider or security system.
Marketing Communications
Marketing communications may include information about insurance products, enrollment opportunities, educational resources, coverage reviews, or RJ Health Partners services.
RJ Health Partners will send marketing communications according to applicable consent and opt-out requirements. Where separate marketing consent is required, that consent will be requested independently and will not be a condition of receiving an insurance quote or purchasing coverage.
We do not interpret a request for an insurance quote as unlimited permission to send unrelated marketing communications indefinitely.
RJ Health Partners does not sell consumer leads or provide contact information to unrelated companies so they can independently market their services. Information may be provided to insurance carriers and authorized insurance partners when necessary to fulfill your insurance request, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Administrative and Service Communications
Some communications are necessary to provide requested services or maintain an active customer relationship. These may include responses to an inquiry, appointment confirmations, requests for application information, quote and eligibility information, enrollment updates, policy and renewal information, carrier requests, security notifications, compliance notices, and responses to customer service questions.
An opt-out from marketing communications does not prevent RJ Health Partners from sending necessary administrative or service-related communications.
If you no longer want RJ Health Partners to provide insurance services, contact us so we can explain which communications can be discontinued and which records or notices must be maintained.
Communication Security
Ordinary email and standard text messaging may not be secure. Messages may be accessed, forwarded, misdirected, intercepted, or stored by third-party communications providers.
Do not send Social Security numbers, financial account information, detailed medical records, insurance identification numbers, Medicare numbers, passwords, government identification, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email or text unless RJ Health Partners specifically instructs you to use an approved method.
When sensitive information is required, RJ Health Partners or an authorized insurance partner may direct you to a secure carrier, application, document, or enrollment system.
RJ Health Partners will never ask you to send an account password or one-time security code through an unsolicited email or text message.
Communications With Insurance Partners
Providing insurance services may require communications involving insurance carriers, supporting brokerages, general agencies, quoting platforms, enrollment platforms, benefits administrators, government insurance systems, or other authorized insurance partners.
These communications may occur by telephone, email, secure portal, application platform, or another approved system. Communications sent directly by another organization may be governed by that organization’s privacy policy and communication terms.
RJ Health Partners does not control the timing, delivery, or content of communications independently sent by an insurance carrier, government agency, or other third party.
Recorded Calls and Transcription
RJ Health Partners does not currently represent that all telephone calls or video meetings are recorded or transcribed.
If RJ Health Partners introduces routine call recording, automated transcription, or artificial intelligence note-taking, we will provide notice and obtain consent where required by applicable law.
An insurance carrier, enrollment platform, supporting brokerage, or other authorized organization may independently record certain calls for enrollment, quality, verification, or compliance purposes. Any such recording is subject to the notice and practices of the organization conducting it.
Revoking Consent and Changing Preferences
You may change your communication preferences or withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
You may follow the unsubscribe instructions in a marketing email, reply STOP when an automated text message provides that option, email info@rjhealthpartners.com, call (813) 923-3133, or write to the address provided at the end of this policy.
Please identify the telephone number or email address associated with your request.
We will process requests within a reasonable period and within any period required by applicable law. An opt-out request may not apply to communications already in progress or necessary administrative and service communications.
Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect the lawfulness of communications sent before the request was processed.
Reassigned Telephone Numbers and Updated Information
Please notify RJ Health Partners if your telephone number, email address, or other contact information changes.
If you stop using a telephone number or email address, you should update your information so confidential or insurance-related communications are not sent to another person.
RJ Health Partners may discontinue communications when we learn that contact information is inaccurate, inactive, reassigned, or associated with someone other than the intended recipient.
No Guarantee of Delivery
Electronic communications depend on systems outside RJ Health Partners’ control. We cannot guarantee that every telephone call, email, text message, appointment notice, or electronic document will be delivered, received, or reviewed by a particular time.
You remain responsible for meeting insurance application, enrollment, payment, renewal, cancellation, and documentation deadlines communicated by an insurance carrier, Marketplace, employer, government agency, or other responsible organization.
If a matter is urgent or involves a deadline, contact RJ Health Partners directly at (813) 923-3133.
Privacy and Personal Information
RJ Health Partners handles contact information and communication records as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, when it may be disclosed, how long it may be retained, how we protect it, and the privacy rights and choices that may be available to you.
This Electronic Communications and Consent Policy does not replace the Privacy Policy or a separate privacy notice provided by an insurance carrier, health plan, government agency, supporting brokerage, or enrollment platform.
Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Electronic Communications and Consent Policy when our communication methods, technologies, business practices, or legal obligations change.
The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Additional notice will be provided when required by law.
